When/where is packet pickup?

We will be offering two packet pickup options:

Friday, 8/8: 3:30PM-5:30PM at Team Rehab Livonia West. (37367 Six Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48152)
Saturday, 8/9: 8:30 AM - 9:45 AM at Nankin Mills Recreation Area Pavilion. (33259 Edward N Hines Dr, Westland, MI 48185)

Where is parking?

Parking is available in the Nankin Mills Recreation Area parking lot(33259 Edward N Hines Dr, Westland, MI 48185) and the Nankin Mills Recreation Center (33175 Ann Arbor Trail, Westland, MI 48185) parking lots.

Can I run with a stroller?

We love having parents with jogging strollers to participate in our running events. If you are participating with a stroller, the following guidelines must be followed:

• Your child must remain securely fastened inside the stroller while on the course for safety and insurance reasons.
• You must keep your stroller to the right side of the race course, to allow a clear path on the left for runners and walkers.
• No weaving in and out of the other participants is allowed.

Are dogs allowed?

We love dogs however due to our race insurance coverage we cannot allow them to particpate at our events. Sorry! 

Where can I pick up my award?

We will have a table near the finish line where you can pick up your award at your convenience. We will not be having an awards ceremony.

Where do I pick up my store purchases?

Store purchases can be picked up during packet pickup hours. We cannot ship store purchases.

What time does Hines Drive shut down?

Hines Drive shuts down from Nankin Mills Park to Helm Haven Park in Dearborn Heights between 9:00AM - 3:30PM every Saturday from May-September. If you arrive after 9:00AM, you must park in Nankin Mills Park arriving from the north (Ann Arbor Trail).
